As he had a lot of work on then I had to wait for a bit but then an unexpected cancellation allowed him to slot me in earlier than expected. Great job and price was competitive for the work. Excellent customer service. We were very satisfied back in 2019 when Mark re-decked a flat roof above our garage and utility room fitting it with single ply material. A year later he renewed the fascia, soffit, guttering and downpipes to the same high standard. It recently proved necessary for a hole to be drilled through the garage roof for pipework to be installed. On Mark learning of this and wanting to preserve our 30 year guarantee rather than anyone else attempting to reseal it said he would arrange for the roof to be sealed immediately after that work was completed to protect the single ply material and this was carried out at no extra charge.
